Located at Avda. del Ferrocarril, 1. it was built by Mr Óscar, an influential brother of Mr Jovino Muñiz Hevia, in 1928-1929 on part of the estate ‘La Promadonga’. Did Mr Jesús Mori de Antromero lead the eclectic work with influences from the mountain architecture and the cottages?
The structure is that of the chalets of the 20s, with a certain similarity to the nearby dwelling of the Muñiz García family, but smaller in size and with also smaller aesthetic claims, with only one floor, a four-sided roof and a tendency to quadrangular if we exclude the back and protruding part at right angles. In the vanes, the dintel is alternated with the mid-point arc, without mouldings of any kind, and the decoration is concentrated in the entrance zaguan, located at the corner with Tuscan columns and a high base covered with plain tiles.
