The district of Cespedera, in the parish of Guimarán, is home to this bread, which is riddled in a sovereign manner, as the photos show, by one of so many great masters of the 19th century, Xuan Lión’s workshop, which gives its name to this work, which showed how well it was done, and which hopefully came to us in perfect condition, in order to be able to admire it.
