Rodrigo House, Otero.

19th century Panera in Cardió, parish of Carreño.

Built by the ‘Les Copes’ workshop, it offers on the main front a widely cut and painted door, as in the Carreño style, flanked by colonders where they developed the figures that gave the master carpenter’s workshop its name.

The colours green and white are also visible in the barrotes of the corridors and in the external tornagua, as a sign of the political neutrality of the landowners, there in the most troubled years of the first half of the 20th century.
