JM House

Located at rue Braulio Busto, 3. It was built in 1930 and its first owner was José Menéndez Rodríguez, who now belongs to the Garcia Cuervo family. It is a small two-storey dwelling constrained by the canning factory on its left and a much larger building, also owned on its right, is eclectic in style.

The small façade shown is raised with a front in which the cardboard is placed with the initials of the owner and in which a large wooden, crystal and iron faceted balcony is opened on a wall. Other decorative elements are the plates, the imitation of chairs at the bottom, the use of the tiny and yellow colours and the lateral replacements of the forechest in the shape of cups.
