The Pipera fuente-washer is located in Zanzabornín, which was rehabilitated in 2009 by the ‘Via verde ferroviario stratégica’ Employment Workshop. It is a large “L” shaped element with the font at the middle of the font.
The font ends in the shape of a rounded fronton in which we can find multiple decorations sculpted on the stone. It has a single tap and a stack of water collection. The washroom has two heights, the uppermost rear has the function of a retaining wall, preventing possible landslides, and the uppermost part has two distinct parts.
One of them, the washroom as such, has 4 kettles and the other could be a watering machine.
It highlights the fact that the surroundings of the ensemble have been adapted in order to create a surface on the front of the ensemble that facilitates access to and residence in the ensemble, making small movements of earth and laying pavement covered with natural stone tiles. The water spring that once supplied the water source was recovered by means of archetytes and piping, and the fronton mouldings and the water collection pile were reconstructed with a brick factory.
